Women's Waterproof Hooded Rain Jacket

This women's waterproof rain jacket has an adjustable hood, a high zip collar that covers the chin and a diagonal two tone panel on the front. A high collar covers the chin, the hood adjusts with cords, and a diagonal panel in a second shade crosses the front. Zip it over a warm layer when it is cold or over a tee in a spring shower.
